Lucy provides evidence based treatments, individually tailored to suit your particular concerns, symptoms and challenges.
Therapy is designed to treat the symptoms you are experiencing with the aim of reducing distress, improving function and increasing your sense of confidence, resilience and wellbeing. Areas that can be addressed in therapy include anxiety, depression, sleep, work, relationships, parenting, boundary building, participating in valued activities, improving the ability to self-care, adjustment to new circumstances/new diagnoses, grief and loss, and past trauma.
